WARRANTY and SALES Conditions

ECONOX SA provides a 12-month warranty (unless otherwise specified) starting from the date listed on the delivery note.

Under this warranty, ECONOX SA will repair or replace, as soon as possible, any parts deemed defective or unusable due to faulty materials, improper components, or manufacturing errors. Replaced parts become the sole property of ECONOX SA.

 

The warranty period does not extend in the event of damages. For repaired or replaced parts, the warranty will expire at the same time as the original warranty period for the main delivery.

 

Exclusions from the warranty :

  1. Damages resulting from failure to adhere to the usage and maintenance guidelines outlined in the user manual.
  2. Damages caused by environmental factors such as atmospheric conditions, external chemical or electrolytic influences, or any other harmful effects of the local environment.
  3. Components subject to normal wear and tear (e.g., external electrodes, ZrO2 electrolytes).

 

The warranty becomes void under the following conditions:

  • If the customer or a third party modifies, opens or dismounts the product, adds new components, or repairs it without prior written consent from ECONOX SA.
  • If the customer fails to take immediate action to mitigate further damage.
  • If the payment terms outlined in the agreement are not met.

 

Unless the Buyer provides written notice of any defects or non-conformities within 10 days of receiving the goods, the goods will be deemed fully accepted and compliant with the contract. Beyond this period, the Buyer cannot reject the goods or claim damages for alleged negligence, breach of warranty, or any other related issues.

 

ECONOX SA cannot be held liable for any production losses or operational downtime resulting from warranty or non-warranty failure of the product.
If the warranty does not apply, the Buyer is responsible for covering the costs of fault diagnosis and repairs. Additionally, the Buyer is not entitled to a replacement device during the repair process.
ECONOX SA will not be financially responsible for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred as a result of product failure.

 

RESTRICTIONS ON RE-SALE AND RE-EXPORT

 

The Buyer agrees not to resell, export, or otherwise transfer Econox products to any countries or regions that are subject to international sanctions or embargoes. This includes, but is not limited to, countries sanctioned by the United Nations, European Union, United States, or other relevant authorities. The Buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that the goods are not resold, directly or indirectly, to these countries or regions. Any violation of this clause will result in the immediate termination of the contract and may lead to legal consequences.
No liability or legal action can be taken against Econox for not enforcing or monitoring compliance with these restrictions.

 

 

Refund and return policy

 

All ECONOX SA products are non-refundable and non-returnable due to their made-to-order nature.
