Qu\u2019est-ce que l\u2019air de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence\u00a0?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le principe de fonctionnement d\u2019une sonde \u00e0 oxyg\u00e8ne est la comparaison de deux pressions partielles d\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne dans <strong>deux milieux gazeux s\u00e9par\u00e9s.<\/strong> L\u2019oxyde de Zirconium (<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ZrO2)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> composant la cellule de mesure pr\u00e9sente des d\u00e9fauts du r\u00e9seau cristallin, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire qu\u2019une partie des sites qui pourraient \u00eatre occup\u00e9s par des ions d\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne sont lacunaires. Pour que la comparaison de ces pressions partielles soit possible, il est n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019alimenter la sonde \u00e0 oxyg\u00e8ne avec un gaz dont on conna\u00eet la teneur en oxyg\u00e8ne (air ambiant : %O2 = 20,9%),\u00a0<\/span><b>c\u2019est ce qu\u2019on appelle l\u2019air de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La propri\u00e9t\u00e9 de cette c\u00e9ramique est de permettre le d\u00e9placement de ces ions d\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 600\u00b0C.
